The joy of being able to move forward..

It’s easy to lose confidence, self-belief and feel overwhelmed, which can affect your wellbeing both physically and mentally.

This is why personal development has to be a lifelong learning process. The skills that you develop will support you throughout your life both personally and professionally, maintaining an equilibrium through good and challenging times.

You only have one life – live it to the full, live it well!

Claim it – it’s yours!

These are just a few of the key areas I can help you with:

Confidence.

Sense of self and identity.

Resilience – overturn stress, anxiety, worry and overwhelm to find calm.

A balanced life.

Finding your core values and vision.

How to stop procrastination.

 Personal development

Are you living only to make a living?

Our lives are shaped by environmental, family, schooling and economic factors. Our motivations are driven by desire to fulfil our needs. Yet, our focus from an early age is career-driven and we forget the joy of life. Children understand this well being unhindered and able to have fun, be creative and be themselves but as we enter adult life, we somehow forget this.

For me, personal development is about wanting to improve the quality of your life. This is so that you can start to live authentically, find purpose, meaning and belonging to reach your potential. It is essential for you to understand yourself and what you want to achieve in your life. When you go through significant changes, that’s when you start to get lost or stuck.

Evelyn is an incredible coach: she is warm, welcoming, empowering and intuitive. She listens carefully and beyond your words and with her questions and insights she is able to bring you to a higher level of self-awareness.  It has been great luck for me to be coached by her at this particular time of my professional and personal journey.  Evelyn came to each coaching session open to listen with authentic interest, with her heart focused on my development, never having an agenda and always open to work on my specific agenda and needs.   She is non-judgmental and highly encouraging, and she reflects back to you your strengths in a really empowering manner.

Evelyn reminded me the importance of being fully present in the moment, and most of all in the real power of simple, direct open ended questions. Also she taught me the importance to trust your intuition when you coach a client, something she did extremely well with me, and to fearlessly share feedback and insights with the client.
