I use a 4-step process

It’s crucial from the outset to build trust and rapport, to put you at ease. Then you feel safe to talk about the issues stopping you from progressing. I understand that you need a safe space and to work at your own pace in a non-judgemental, respectful, and confidential environment.

My approach is always holistic, working intuitively to understand patterns of behaviour, exploring your self-talk and leaving your inner critic behind. Through this approach, you will develop a new mindset, a springboard to leave the past and focus on the now.

Which then enables you create and design a new future.

This is where we build a bespoke toolkit, just for you. Looking at bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be, we identify skill sets: both personal and professional.

The next stage is planning how we’re going to put these into play. Underpinning the practical activities, we continue to focus on mindset, the essential springboard into your future. It is at this stage that you become the architect and begin to see your new landscape. It’s an exciting time, when you get to know and understand the emerging view, planning the changes you want to happen.

With a clear idea of what you need, this stage is no less practical in its approach.
Key elements include goal setting, planning and putting systems, processes and structure in place. Being strong enough to set intentions you’ll be flexible enough to change them if they no longer serve you. At this stage, you could feel overwhelmed and lose sight of where you’re going, so it’s important to understand you are not travelling this path on your own. I will be there to support you in making small, realistic steps, staying focused and maintaining motivation.

I hold the firm belief that we are all leaders, regardless of who we are or where we’ve come from. To take ownership of your life and how to live it, you have to step in and lead yourself. Once you begin, you will grow in belief and confidence.

This progress will inspire you to continue gaining strength in your own leadership, which in turn will inspire others. Creating the right environment for your talent to flourish will allow you to develop a kinder relationship with yourself and with others. As your leadership style develops, you will not only attract and retain the right people but will get the very best from them too.
